What will you need from us to perform a phone bill audit?
To conduct an effective phone bill audit and phone bill cost analysis, Telanalysis require a few items from you before we begin the telecom audit cost management process. During our telecommunications audit and expense analysis, we will need full access to your current phone bill records. To grant our telecommunications consultants the access they need to conduct contract compliance audits and make phone bill management recommendations, we will need the proper authorization from you to proceed.
To start your own phone bill audit, we must receive the following:
- A signed agreement with Telanalysis
- A blanket Letter of Agency (LOA) on your organization's letterhead that will enable us to request detailed phone bill records from carriers
- A recent month's copy of all telecom expenses, including local, long-distance, pager, wireless and data network carrier bills
- All contracts related to any telecom carrier service, including equipment maintenance contracts
Beyond these documents, Telanalysis will only need a few hours of your staff's time to complete our telecommunications expense analysis process. Your personal telecom consultant will need to meet with your staff to discuss phone bill audit findings as well as to get your approval to implement money-saving recommendations from our phone bill cost analysis. Staff time associated with the phone bill audit will depend somewhat upon the complexity of our findings and the savings uncovered, but this process typically requires no more than 4-6 hours.
